This notice covers the braineon.ai website — the marketing site and its waitlist form. The braineon product keeps your memories as plain files on your own machine; nothing you store in the product is sent to us, so it isn't covered here.
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, plus which page you submitted it from. That's the only personal data this site asks you for.
We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page visits. It doesn't set cookies or build a profile of you, and it isn't tied to your email.
We process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your address.
The site is hosted on Vercel, and waitlist notifications are delivered through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
We keep your waitlist email until braineon launches or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After that it's deleted.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Erasure here works the way it does in the product: we delete your record, we don't just flag it. One email and you're gone.
